A request under Section 49 of the Designs Act 2003 has been made by the registered owner of the Design Registration Nos 202014719 and 202116466 to surrender the registration.
Any interested person may give notice to the Registrar that he or she wishes to be heard in relation to the above offer. This notice must be given within one month after 23 October 2025.
